President's Message
Hello Weaver Families,
On behalf of the Weaver PTA Executive Board, I welcome you to the 2024-2025 school year!
As a PTA, our goal is to support and strengthen Jack L Weaver Elementary to ensure that each student has the opportunity to reach their full potential!
The Weaver PTA Board depends on your encouragement and support to make it a great school year for our kids. We hope to see you at our PTA meetings, which are a wonderful platform to discuss the progress or challenges we are facing as a community. We encourage input, feedback, and suggestions from all of our parent members!
Please consider taking the following action steps toward being actively engaged in our school community:
- Become a Member of the PTA! No experience is necessary, and no requirements are asked of you, BUT you do get voting rights that shape the direction of your school.
- Join the conversation! Attend PTA Association Meetings where we look ahead at defining new goals and implementing existing ones. These are typically held on the 3rd Thursday of each month (DOWNLOAD MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT app to sync SPECIFIC calendars to your device).
- Get involved and volunteer! Whether you can share your professional expertise or a hidden talent; whether you can help every day, an hour a week, or for a specific event, you are needed!
